If you already have fine lines on your face, it's not too late. There are wrinkle fighting foods that are beneficial for you. They will help you reduce existing wrinkles as well as maintain a healthy body. Listed here are nine examples.
  1. Green leafy vegetables - They are good because they are rich in antioxidants and help your skin hydrate. Ideally. You should eat them every day at least 4 oz. List of green leafy begetables: spinache, Mustard greens, chard, collard greens, watercress

  5. Olives - According to the research, more olives you eat, less wrinkles you have. Use more olive oil to cook dish and eat more olives.
  6. Salmon contains Omega-3 fatty acids. Omega3 helps to normalize skin lipids and prevents cells from dehydration. This keeps skin cells strong, decreases the appearance of fine lines.
  7. Flaxseed is another source of omega-3 fatty acids. It helps give more moisture to your skin.
  8. Turky is another great food. It slows down aging process and prevents wrinkles due to a protein it contains.
There are two other things you should keep in mind.
  • Exercises regularly.
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of so that your skin stays hydrated.
