Dry Skin Treatment - 4 steps

Before your dry skin get worse, you have to provide thorough care to your skin. Before you rush to the store to get another dry skin treatment lotion, there are few things you can do daily at home:

1. Add a few teaspoons of olive oil to your bath when you take baths. That will provide the moisture your skin need.

2. Wash your face gently no more than twice a day with a cleanser formulated for dry skin. Do not rub your skin hard since that will worsen your skin condition.

3. Pat your skin gently when using towel after washing. Avoid roughly scrubbing yourself to remove water. This will also remove oil and moisture from your skin.

4. Apply moisturizer based on natural hypoallergenic ingredients. Also, applying it while the skin is still damp make the moisturizer even more effective. When choosing moisturizer, make sure that has natural hypoallergenic ingredients.
